10/10/08: Due to the success of the “Mind Your Back” course last January, Sue Lightfoot will be holding another course of six sessions at the Wensleydale Centre for all those who would like to know how to look after their back and how to cope with back problems when they arise. Please ring to register your interest.

And because of our favoured location, the views around are simply stunning - something more for you to enjoy at half time or after your game or exercise session!
Yorebridge Sport and Fitness is delivering Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle Sessions over the whole of the Upper Yorkshire Dales. These are as varied as circuit training, walking for health and self-guided cycle tours.
Yorebridge Sport and Fitness Games Area
Our Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) offers excellent facilities for football, tennis, netball and recreational basketball. The facility is marked for:
- Two 5 a-side football pitches, with dividing net
- One 8 a-side football pitch
- Two Tennis courts, with dividing net
- Netball
- Two recreational Basketball baskets for shooting practice.
