Week commencing 10th March – Sport Relief week in the Gym
‘Gym Triathlon’ – run, walk, row or pedal for 1, 2 or 3 miles on 3
pieces of equipment in the gym. All money raised goes to Sport
Relief.
Take part in the Sports Quiz and win £10 off your gym fees for the
following month.
Surestart Childrens Centres and Yorebridge Sport & Fitness Activity Days
We are running in conjunction with the Surestart Centres (provision for 0-5
year olds) two activity days on Wednesday 26th March and Thursday 3rd of April. Activities will cater for 0-11 year olds, so keep watching for a full schedule shortly.
Line Dancing Social 31st March
The Line Dancing class members are holding a Social evening in Askrigg
Village Hall form 7.30pm. There will be a bring and share supper and plenty
of music and line dances to join in with!
Car Boot Sale
Having a clear out? The YSF are holding a car boot sale at the Centre on Sunday the 1st of June, 9am until 3pm. Pitches are available at £6 for the day for cars and £9 for vans. There will be refreshments served between 10am and 2pm.
June Barbeque
This year our annual BBQ is to take place on Saturday 14th June 5pm – 9pm.
There will be a bar, refreshments and music along with activities for the children.
Party on the Pitch 2008
The ever successful Party on the Pitch is back this year on Saturday the 19th July. There will be a hog roast and bar with plenty of live music. Watch this space for the band line up!
Junior Party on the Pitch
For the younger people, there is to be a junior Party on the Pitch with a DJ and refreshments. For all ages, with under six’s to be accompanied by an adult.
